  Amazing food. We travel several hours to get to Vico's and it's entirely worth it. Their risotto is the best I've ever tasted. The pasta is homemade, light and cooked al dente. Sauces are fresh and delicious. The service is friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Truly an outstanding restaurant.

  We love going to Vico! Both the staff & the food are top billing. We always have a great meal and have access to a great selection of wine. We refer our guests and always get great feedback from them. If you are in Hudson, you must make this a stop for lunch or dinner!

  I have been going to Vico since it opened way back when. The good news is that is has matured in subtle ways that make the whole experience more nuanced and pleasurable. The food and service have always been good.
  
  Now there is a confidence in the preparation and serving that add up to a stellar dining experience. I usually spend more than I intend to, but that is because I drink more and have a designated driver.
  
  Last time we ate outside, which I always enjoy.
  
  Fine dining!
